In order to create your database, we need some information. Upon receiving this information, your new login information will be e-mailed to you in a matter of several minutes.

By completing the form below you agree to use the services of diveroster.com as they are intended: to track clients, trips, classes, repairs, and orders for a scuba diving facility or club, and to optionally maintain an online calendar for the public's use.

diveroster.com warrants that the program and your data will be available full time via the Internet, less reasonable periods for periodic maintenance and/or announced downtimes for changes. diveroster.com further warrants that your data will be held in strict confidence and will not be accessed or used for any purpose beyond maintaining it for your use.

In the event that you become a paying customer, you accept responsibility for your subscription to the service and understand that you may cancel it at any time. Continued use and payment shall be construed as evidence of satisfaction. Failure to pay in advance will result in suspension of service until payment is received. The service costs US $59.95 per month.

The option of doing a 'data dump' is available to you for data export, and also as a further backup of your information. We advise that you take advantage of this feature periodically.

Important:

The system was written around Internet Explorer (5.5 and later), but has been tested with Netscape Navigator 6.2. It will likely do well with just about any browser so long as it can do JavaScript and accept cookies.

While you can use diveroster.com from any internet connection, for regular use in a retail setting you will be FAR more pleased with things if you have a broadband (high speed), always on, internet connection.
