Of all the advances in recreational diving taking place over the past two decades, perhaps none generates as much excitment - or misunderstanding - as the use of Nitrox. Enriched Air Nitrox has the potential to benefit recreational divers in several ways. However, as with nearly every advance in diving, these gains are not without their limitations.

In the course we define Nitrox and clarify common misconceptions regarding Nitrox use. We provide information that will help you decide when the use of Nitrox is beneficial for you, and when it's limitations may offset these advantages. And finally we take you through the steps of becoming a Nitrox Diver.
