Join us to experience the fascination of breath-hold diving.

The workshop is a free orientation and practice session at the pool to get you familiar with the wonderful sport of freediving and spearfishing. We will experience our first yogic breathing, stretching, Static and Dynamic Apnea sessions. You will be surprised how long you can hold your breath in just that short of training time.

In particular scuba divers can benefit from freediving as we focus more intensely on how we breathe and equalize.
